Damages & Returns

 

         Claims for damaged merchandise due to shipping or shortage of merchandise must be reported to 1800skull upon receipt of the package. All damaged merchandise and packing materials must be kept in the original box for inspection by 1800skull and/or the correspondant shipping provider. Note: An RA number must be obtained before returning merchandise to 1800skull.

1800Skull does not offer cash refunds on any damage claims. If we authorize your order for a return, you will be offered an exchange or store credit.

Returns

* 1800skull wants you to be completely satisfied with your order that you receive from us. If you have any reason to be dissatisfied with our product(s), you may return or exchange your jewelry within 7 days of purchase.

After you receive Authorization to return the item(s), please return the item(s) in its original condition within 7 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or store credit. We will refund once we receive the item.
